衰老对每个人来讲都是不可避免的。当我们老了以后,就会受到一些慢性疾病的困扰,从而身体变得虚弱,甚至不能独立生活。但是如果我们能始终如一地照料自己的身体,坚持体育锻炼、合理安排饮食,就会延缓甚至避免许多衰老的不良反应。
Aging is inevitable for everyone. When we are old, we are troubled by a number of chronic diseases and our body becomes weak and we can not even live independently. However, if we can consistently take care of our bodies, maintain physical activity, and arrange meals rationally, we will delay or even avert many of the adverse effects of aging.
