基础医学系78届部分同学于1981年末申请利用课余时间和寒假到我组参加一部分科研工作。同学们在阅读文献和确定题目后,开始学习有关的实验方法及进行探索性实验,在此基础上收集资料,进行统计分析。获得初步结果后又分析该现象的可能机理及作补充实验,使认识得到深化。最后写出了科学论文的初稿。本文即为其中一组同学的科研成果。由于科研工作情况各异,并非每组同学都能在较短时间内得到明确结果。特别是有的课题实验方法难度较大,这些同学主要在方法学上得到较多的锻练和实践机会。 通过这些科研活动,同学们对科研工作的艰巨性有了新的认识,在严格严密的科学作风方面得到了锻练,普遍增强了对科研的兴趣。他们不仅对本研究课题有了较具体的认识,且在阅读其它科目的书藉杂志时,也加深了对问题的分析理解能力。在此以前,基础医学系77届部分同学也曾在本组参加过部分科研工作,并得到一定的成果(见北京医学院学报13(1):封底及13(3):202,1981)。 我们认为,学生参加科研工作还存在很大的潜力,值得进一步提倡。可在同学志愿申请的基础上,根据科研组的实际条件,有选择地吸收一部分同学,2～3人为一小组,在教师指导下从事一个课题的研究。至于是否能完成一项科研论文则需根据同学的时间和课题的难易而定,允许存在?
Department of Basic Medical 78th part of the students in late 1981 to apply for spare time and winter vacation to my group to participate in part of scientific research. Students read the literature and identify the subject, began to learn the experimental methods and exploratory experiments, on the basis of collecting information for statistical analysis. After obtaining the preliminary results, the possible mechanism of the phenomenon and the supplementary experiment were analyzed to deepen the understanding. Finally wrote the first draft of scientific papers. This article is one of a group of students of scientific research. Due to the different scientific research, not every group of students can get a clear result in a relatively short period of time. In particular, some subjects are difficult to experiment with, and these students mainly get more training and practical opportunities in methodology. Through these scientific research activities, students have gained a new understanding of the arduousness of scientific research and have been trained in strict and rigorous scientific style, generally increasing their interest in scientific research. Not only do they have a more specific understanding of the research topics, but they also deepen their ability to analyze and comprehend the problems when reading books and magazines from other subjects. Prior to this, part of 77 students of Department of Basic Medicine also participated in part of the scientific research work in this group, and get some results (see Beijing Medical College Journal 13 (1): back cover and 13 (3): 202,1981). We think there is still great potential for students to participate in scientific research and it is worth further promotion. On the basis of students’ volunteer application, according to the actual conditions of scientific research group, some students can be selectively absorbed, 2 ~ 3 people are a small group, and under the guidance of teachers, a subject is studied. As to whether a research paper can be completed according to the difficulty of the students’ time and subject to be allowed to exist?
