家庭医疗的重要性提出已久。全国各医疗机构报道过各式各样的如何配合家庭医疗的形式。自81年修订医疗报酬制度后,出现了不得不缩减像访问护理部门那样的非核算部门。今后医疗机构应该如何配合家庭医疗的问题想叙述如下。家庭医疗产生的背景有四个方面。第1、老年人口急增,老人问题已经提到社会问题的日程上来,根据统计推断21世纪时,每5人中有1名是老人,老年人口中3%是卧床不起的老人。现在约有32万人,20年以后达60万人。而老人的医疗、福利以及处置、待遇、单靠医疗设施是不能满足的。有必要进行家庭医疗。政府也从财经政策出发,推行“从设施医疗转向家庭医疗”的政策。第2、疾病构成发生了变化,从以传染病
