新疆中能万源化工有限公司尿素生产装置中的高压甲铵泵(P102),在运行期间多次出现中压冲洗水泵(P110)故障、仪表调节阀故障等问题,导致冲洗水流量过低引起甲铵泵联锁跳车事故频发。经过技术攻关,改造甲铵泵机械密封冲洗管线,最终稳定了生产。
