目的探讨影响免疫规划工作综合质量的因素,为有效提高免疫工作水平提供依据。方法以北海市、县、乡镇各级免疫规划综合评估资料为基础,对照《广西免疫规划工作综合质量评估方案》进行评分,找出影响综合质量得分的主要因素。结果全市免疫规划综合质量总分平均得分率为77.1%,除市级接种机构、市区卫生院得分率大于85%外,县级管理机构、县区卫生院得分率仅为59.8%、68.1%;经费保障、免疫规划业务、免疫规划管理三项质量组成项目,市级接种机构、市区卫生院得分率均在85%以上,县级管理机构、县区卫生院均在80%以下。县级管理机构、县区卫生院免疫规划总体工作水平及其经费保障、业务与管理水平较低对全市免疫规划整体影响十分明显。结论县级管理机构、县区卫生院在经费保障、免疫规划业务工作、免疫规划管理三方面均普遍不达标(<85%),是影响全市免疫规划整体质量的主要原因。今后该项工作坚持以提高县、乡村基层工作水平为重点,在经费保障、免疫规划业务、免疫规划管理三个项目方面,必须同时关注,同步提高。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the comprehensive quality of immunization programs and provide the basis for effectively raising the level of immunization work. Methods Based on the comprehensive assessment data of immunization programs at all levels of Beihai, counties and townships, the main factors affecting the overall quality score were found by comparing the comprehensive quality assessment plan of Guangxi immunization program. Results The average score of the total quality of the immunization program in the city was 77.1%. Except for municipal vaccination institutions and urban health centers, the score was more than 85%. The score of county-level administrative institutions and county hospitals was only 59.8% and 68.1% ; Funding support, immunization planning business, immunization planning and management of the three quality components of the project, municipal vaccination agencies, urban hospitals were more than 85% points, the county-level management agencies, county hospitals are below 80%. The overall level of the immunization program of the county-level administrative agencies and county health centers and their funding guarantee and the low level of business and management have a very significant impact on the overall immunization program of the city. Conclusion County-level management agencies and county hospitals generally fail to meet the requirements (85%) in funding, immunization planning and immunization planning and management, which is the main reason that affects the overall quality of immunization programs in the city. In the future, this work will continue to focus on improving the work standards at grass-roots level in counties and villages. In terms of funding support, immunization planning business and immunization program management, we must pay attention to and improve simultaneously.
