企业实行股份制改组以后,有人云:“股份制就是以股份分红,哪还有职工当家作主之说。”有的讲:“股东大会就是企业的最高权力机构,还要什么职工代表大会?”还有的说:“实行股份制以后民主管理和民主监督也就不复存在了。”针对以上思想认识上的误区,笔者浅谈几点看法。一、在社会主义条件下,以资产为纽带所形成的股份制企业中,产权主体由一元化变成了多元化,国家由单一的资产所有者变成了股东之一,只拥有部分终极所有权,职工持股也成了产权中的一元。实行股份制后,职工具有职工与股东双重身份,一个“股”字把国家、企业、个人三者利益紧密联系在一起,形成了一种新型的劳动关系。由此可见,
