我厂生产的铝板、带,百分之四十以上是供深冲热水瓶盖、底肩、铝锅等之用。由于轧制工艺的关系,常使板、带材产生各向异性,即织构,从而造成制品出现“四角”(即“制耳”),废品率增加,切边损失大(见图1)。为了有效地控制织构,提高产品的成品率,本厂在没有X射线衍射仪的情况下,采用拉伸和硬度试验法,定性而简易地测定铝材的织构,为控制产品质量取得了效果,具体方法如下:
