采用对比实验法,对掌握学习法在体育院系普修背越式跳高教学中可行性进行研究,结果证明,掌握教学法适合于体育专业的技术教学,有利于发挥学生的能动性和创造性,有利于学生能力的培养和教学质量的提高。
The comparative study method is used to study the feasibility of learning method in the teaching of general backsliding high jump in physical education department. The results show that mastering the teaching method is suitable for the technical teaching of sports major, which is good for giving play to the initiative and creativity of students. It is conducive to the cultivation of students’ abilities and the improvement of teaching quality.
