为了切实加强村镇建设工作,稳定全省村镇建设助理员队伍,根据省政府领导的批示,江西省建设厅最近组成调查组,对全省村镇建设助理员问题进行了专题调查。 一、基本情况 江西省村镇建设管理机构是从80年代开始逐步建立起来的。目前,在全省1800多个乡镇中,已有1649个乡镇设立了村镇建设管理所(或办公室),占乡镇总数的91％;共有村镇建设助理员2351人。村镇建设管理机构的建立和助理员的配备,对加强村镇规划建设管理、有效保护耕地、促进农村经济发展、实现农民奔小康目标起到了重要作用,使江西省村镇建设纳入了依法管理的轨道。绝大多数村镇建设助理员政治素质好、业务能力较强、能安心工作,为广大农
In order to conscientiously strengthen the work of building towns and villages and stabilizing the ranks of auxiliary workers in the construction of towns and villages across the province, Jiangxi Provincial Department of Construction recently formed an investigation team to carry out a special investigation of the problems concerning the construction of village and town assistants in the whole province, according to instructions from the provincial government. First, the basic situation Jiangxi Province, towns and villages construction and management agencies are gradually established from the 80’s. Currently, 1,649 townships and towns have set up township construction management offices (or offices) in more than 1,800 townships and towns in the province, accounting for 91% of the total number of townships and townships. There are also 2,351 village construction assistants. The establishment of village and township construction management agencies and the allocation of assistants played an important role in strengthening management of village and town planning and construction, effectively protecting cultivated land, promoting rural economic development, and achieving the goal of peasants running in a well-to-do society.
