文章结合2013年2月份,山西、新疆、黑龙江三省中小型水库发生的垮坝事故,分析其垮坝原因,指出在设计、施工中可能导致的隐患。
Combining with the failure of small and medium-sized reservoirs in Shanxi, Xinjiang and Heilongjiang provinces in February 2013, the article analyzes the causes of the collapse and points out the potential hazards in the design and construction.
