针对ГОСТ总线设备,提出了基于信息码的ГОСТ总线设备系统总体结构和实现方案。利用ISP芯片将实时接收的信息码进行串并转化后输入PC/104计算机,通过检测各帧数据中的异常信号并进行分析,达到快速定位部件级故障的目的。阐述了信息码的基本概念、形成原理、电气特性及编码规则,对信息码发送和信息码接收进行理论分析,给出系统电路设计框图和软件设计流程图。实例应用表明,设计的测试系统能够实现外场一线复杂条件下原位、实时、精确的故障定位。
For ГОСТ bus equipment, the overall structure and implementation scheme of ГОСТ bus equipment system based on information code is proposed. Using ISP chip, the real-time received information code is input into the PC / 104 computer through string-to-parallel conversion. By detecting the abnormal signals in each frame and analyzing, the system can quickly locate the component level fault. The basic concept of information code is expounded, the principle, electrical characteristics and encoding rules are formed. The theory of information code sending and information code receiving is analyzed. The block diagram of system circuit design and software design flow chart are given. The example application shows that the designed test system can realize the in situ, real-time and accurate fault location under the complex field condition.
