本文研究了人胎脑注射液对老龄小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率,吞噬指数,消化异物的能力以及酸性非特异性萘酯酶(ANAE)活性都显著高于对照组(P<0.001);外周血T细胞总数及亚群(点状颗粒型)也显著高于对照明(P<0.001)。结果表明,人胎脑注射液能显著的提高老年小鼠的细胞免疫功能,并能增强其体质。
This article studied the effect of human fetal brain injection on the cellular immune function in aged mice. The phagocytic rate, phagocytic index, ability to digest foreign bodies and acid non-specific naphthalene esterase (ANAE) activity of experimental peritoneal macrophages were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.001); total number and subpopulation of T cells in peripheral blood (Point particle type) was also significantly higher than for illumination (P<0.001). The results showed that human fetal brain injection can significantly improve the cellular immune function of elderly mice and enhance their physical fitness.
