甘南藏族自治州合作市藏族小学是一所汉、藏、英三语教学的六年制藏族小学。学校位于合作市当周南街443号,创建于1987年,有20多年的办学历史。学校占地面积8335.45平方米,建筑面积4791平方米。现有教职工99人,27个教学班,在校学生1360多人。近年来,学校全面推进素质教育,不断提高办学水平,遵循“以人为本,全面发展”的办学理念,按照“以爱立校、以质兴校、和谐教育”的办学思路,坚持现代教育的普遍性与藏族教育的特殊性相结合,坚持常规管理与特色创新相结合,逐渐形成以学校管理为核心,以年级管理为主体,以班级管理为基础的三级管理的体制,立足安多藏区,以点带面,推进民族特色教育,为打造一所新型的、具有民族特色的现代化品牌学校而努力奋斗。
