目的 探讨螺旋 CT三维重建对颈椎病的诊断价值。方法 用螺旋 CT对 10 2例颈椎病患者行薄层容积扫描 ,采用合适的重建参数及阈值在工作站上进行三维重建 ,多角度、多层面拍片。结果 三维重建图像能清晰评价颈椎椎管、横突孔及椎间孔的狭窄情况 ,并可术前提供病变的逼真立体诊断信息。结论 三维重建 CT简化了观察者的思维过程 ,可直观地了解颈椎狭窄症的三孔立体空间的实际大小、形态、位置及周围组织的立体解剖显示 ,为制订手术方案提供丰富的诊断信息。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional spiral CT in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. Methods CT scan of 102 patients with cervical spondylosis underwent thin-layer volume scanning, using appropriate reconstruction parameters and thresholds on the workstation for three-dimensional reconstruction, multi-angle, multi-layer filming. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction images can clearly evaluate the stenosis of cervical vertebra, transverse foramina and foramina and can provide realistic three-dimensional diagnostic information of the lesion before operation. Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of CT simplifies the thinking process of the observer, and can intuitively understand the actual size, shape, location and the three-dimensional anatomical display of the surrounding tissue of the three-dimensional space of the cervical stenosis, and provide abundant diagnostic information for the preparation of the surgical plan.
