库鄯输油管道采用的是由进口卷板和国产卷板制成的钢管。针对制管过程中出现的钢管屈服强度的变化,采用了小试样试验方法,更准确地表达了制管包辛格效应的影响。通过对进口、国产两种板料的测试分析,对比其性能和生产工艺上的差异,发现两者硬度分布明显不同,进口板心部与表面相近,而国产板心部硬度较高,两侧距中心1.5mm以外硬度逐渐降低,表面最低。分析认为,这与板材生产过程有关。冶金凝固过程使表面碳与合金含量低于心部,而轧制过程又使表面强化大于心部,进口板材心表硬度相近,是这个因素的综合反映。

Aiming at the change of the yield strength of the steel pipe during the process of pipe making, a small sample test method is adopted to more accurately express the influence of the pipe sitzing effect. Through the test analysis of imported and domestic two kinds of sheet, compare their performance and production process differences, found that the hardness distribution of the two is obviously different, the heart of the imported plate is similar to the surface, while the hardness of the domestic plate heart is higher, 1.5mm away from the center outside the hardness gradually decreased, the lowest surface. Analysis, this is related to the sheet production process. Metallurgical solidification process makes the surface carbon and alloy content lower than the heart, and the rolling process and make the surface greater than the heart of the heart, the hardness of the imported heart plate is similar, is a comprehensive reflection of this factor.
