本文在国内首次报告1例上颌窦动脉瘤样骨囊肿。结合文献复习,认为本病的临床特点主要是患侧面颊部肿胀、鼻塞进行性加重和由此引起的继发症状;B超和CT检查有助于诊断;治疗多以手术切除为主。并就其发病机理和鉴别诊断进行讨论。
This article reports for the first time in China a maxillary sinus aneurysmal bone cyst. Combined with the literature review, that the clinical features of the disease is mainly affected by ipsilateral cheek swelling, nasal obstruction progressive increase and secondary symptoms; B ultrasound and CT examination help diagnosis; treatment mostly surgical resection. And its pathogenesis and differential diagnosis are discussed.
