流体动压轴承油膜振荡现象是1924年柳克(Newkirk)发现的。他首先提出油膜共振的原因是油膜在轴承间隙中发生振动所致。后来,不少人作了大量的研究和试验,但是,到现在还没有一种满意的解释来说明产生这种振动力的来源。有不少试验的结果和现象还没有从理论上给以分析和说明。比如油膜振荡一旦开始,为什么在很宽转速范围内存在?又为什么这时油膜振动频率始终维持转子的固有频率,不随轴的转速改变?抑制油膜振荡,润滑油粘度高些好,还是低些好?如此等等。
Fluid dynamic bearing oil film phenomenon was discovered in 1924 by Newkirk. He first proposed that the reason for the oil film resonance is that the oil film vibrates in the bearing clearance. Afterwards, a great deal of research and experimentation were done by many people. However, up to now, there has not been a satisfactory explanation for the source of such vibration. There are many experimental results and phenomena have not been analyzed and explained theoretically. For example, when the oil film oscillation starts, why exists in a wide range of speed? And why the vibration frequency of oil film always maintain the natural frequency of the rotor, does not change with the shaft speed? Oil film inhibition inhibition, oil viscosity higher or lower, And so on.
