中水珠江规划勘测设计有限公司于2004年8月18-19日在广州召开第二次股东会暨第三次董事会、监事会。出席本次会议的股东有水利部珠江水利委员会、水利部水利水电规划设计总院、新华水利水电投资公司的各董事、监事。珠江委陈泽健副主任出席了会议,公司经营班子非董事成员列席了会议。会议由陈泽健副主任、郑仁义董事长和游赞培总经理主持。
Zhongshui Pearl River Planning Survey and Design Co., Ltd. held the 2nd Shareholders’ Meeting and the 3rd Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee in Guangzhou on August 18-19, 2004. Shareholders attending the meeting were all directors and supervisors of Zhujiang Water Conservancy Commission of Ministry of Water Conservancy, Ministry of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute, and Xinhua Water Resources and Hydropower Investment Company. Deputy director of Pearl River Committee Chen Zejian attended the meeting, and the non-director members of the management team of the company attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Chen Zejian, Chairman Zheng Renyi and General Manager You Yuanspei.
