1995年汛后防办主任座谈会于11月11～12日在济南召开。这次会议的主要任务是:贯彻国家防总第三次会议精神;总结今年黄河防汛工作的经验;研究在建立社会主义市场经济体制下,开展防汛工作的思路和政策,部署今冬明春防汛、防凌工作。委属河南、山东有关单位防办主任20多人参加了会议。黄河防总办公室副主任罗启民到会并做了总结讲话。
After the flood prevention in 1995, the director forum was held in Jinan on November 11 and 12. The main tasks of this meeting are: implementing the spirit of the 3rd National Conference on Prevention and Control; summarizing the experience of flood control work in the Yellow River this year; studying the ideas and policies for flood control work under the socialist market economic system; Anti-Ling work.
