目的探讨不锈钢餐具的噪声危害因素及劳动者的健康状况,并总结解决方案,更好的保护劳动者的身体健康。方法选取某五金不锈钢餐具生产企业的一线生产员工,作为本次调查对象,进行职业卫生学调查,包括生产规模,生产的设备,生产工艺,职业病的防护措施,卫生管理情况等。并对一线生产员进行职业病检查。结果风机产生的噪声污染、机械噪声污染为主要噪声危害因素,影响劳动者的听觉、视力、休息甚至引发多种疾病等;调查的一线生产员(1 200例)中检查出职业禁忌证检出人数为81例,疑似职业病的检出人数有41例。结论五金不锈钢餐具的生产企业,噪声危害严重,影响劳动者的健康,易产生职业病比如职业病噪声耳聋。我们要引起足够的重视,提出相对应的对策和措施。减少企业在生产过程中的噪音危害,更好的保护一线生产员工的身体健康。
Objective To investigate the noise hazards of stainless steel tableware and the health status of laborers, and to sum up solutions to better protect the health of laborers. Methods First-line production staff of a hardware stainless steel tableware manufacturer were selected as the survey subjects for occupational hygiene investigation, including production scale, production equipment, production technology, protective measures of occupational diseases, health management and so on. And front-line staff occupational disease inspection. Results The noise pollution caused by the fan and the mechanical noise pollution were the main noise hazard factors, which affected the auditory, visual acuity, rest and even caused a variety of diseases among the workers. Among the surveyed first-line workers (1 200 cases), they found out that occupational contraindications were detected The number of cases was 81, and the number of suspected occupational diseases was 41. Conclusion Hardware stainless steel tableware manufacturers, serious noise hazards, affecting the health of workers, easy to produce occupational diseases such as occupational diseases noise deafness. We should pay enough attention to put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures. Reduce the noise hazards in the production process of enterprises, and better protect the health of front-line employees.
