本文对强制润滑拉深进行变形力学分析,导出拉深应力公式,求出极限拉深系数;提出了拉深力和凹模腔内液体压力的理论计算公式,同时进行系统的实验测量,计算结果和测量结果相符。在实验的基础上,给出了强制润滑拉深的合理压边力及其它工艺参数。通过对几种常用材料的筒形件的拉深实验表明,强制润滑拉深其变形程度大,一次拉深的最小系数达0.37,拉深高度与直径比大于1.3~1.5;拉深零件质量高,凹模不易磨损;工艺装置简单,是一种实现大变形程度拉深的新工艺。
In this paper, the deformation mechanics analysis of forced lubrication drawing is carried out, the formula of drawing stress is deduced, and the ultimate drawing coefficient is obtained. The theoretical calculation formula of drawing force and liquid pressure in the cavity is proposed, and the systematic experimental measurement is carried out. In line with the measurement results. On the basis of experiments, the reasonable blank holder force and other process parameters of forced lubrication drawing are given. Through the deep drawing experiments of several commonly used cylindrical materials, it shows that the deformation of forced lubrication is large, the minimum coefficient of one drawing is 0.37, and the ratio of drawing depth to diameter is more than 1.3 ~ 1.5. The quality of drawing parts is high , The die is not easy to wear; process device is simple, is a new technology to achieve a large degree of deformation deep drawing.
