一、普通铆接存在的问题电气仪表制造业中,产品由零件的组合到装配这一过程中,多采用铆接工艺完成。由于产品的性能及结构上的特点,必须保证铆接工艺过程中规定的技术要求。经验证明,用普通的铆接方法却难以保证较高精度的质量。如图1所示的组件,1、3为钢件,2为塑压件。通常采取的工序是:1.将零件装于铆具中,冲铆成锯齿形;2.用平冲头打平铆
