本文首先讨论了一种以常规PID调节器为基础的水轮机极点配置调速器的设计问题,建立了希望极点、调节参数及水轮发电机组参数间的数学关系。然后以此为基础,引入了一种基于测试系统频率特性的自适应控制律。仿真和现场试验结果表明,系统在这种算法简单、实现容易的自适应控制律作用下,具有较好的参数自适应性。同时,当系统参数发生大范围变化时,该自适应控制律仍具有较强的镇定作用。
This paper first discusses the design of a governor based on a conventional PID regulator with pole-mounted governor, and establishes the mathematical relationship between the desired pole, regulation parameters and turbine generator parameters. Based on this, an adaptive control law based on the frequency characteristics of the test system is introduced. Simulation and field test results show that the system has better parameter adaptability under the simple algorithm and easy adaptive control law. At the same time, the adaptive control law still has a strong stabilizing effect when the system parameters vary widely.
