Teachers are the direct bearers of educational practice and the implementers of educational reform. All educational reforms and developments cannot be separated from the participation of teachers. The level of professionalism of teachers directly determines the success or failure of educational reform. The new round of curriculum reforms that China is undergoing can be said to require more, more updated, and higher requirements for all aspects of mathematics teachers’ professional qualities.
