麻风的眼并发症严重地威胁着病人的生活。然而绝大多数眼的病变借助于一般的眼科器械就可发现,2～8分钟就可作一次有效的检查。本文的目的是要对眼麻风作一全面的描述,指出可能发生什么问题,以及应怎样识别和处理。麻风侵犯眼有四个途径:一、神经损害后眼的异常暴露;二、麻风菌侵入眼或眼睑;三、继发的眼球炎症;四、眼睑、泪腺和鼻泪管受侵后的并发症。并非所有病人都会有这些问题。最危险的是病期较长的瘤型患者。
Eye complications of leprosy pose a serious threat to the patient’s life. However, the vast majority of ocular lesions with the help of general ophthalmic instruments can be found, 2 to 8 minutes for an effective examination. The purpose of this article is to provide a complete picture of the eye leprosy, identify what problems may occur and how they should be identified and addressed. There are four ways to attack the eye of leprosy: one, the abnormal exposure of the eye after nerve damage; two, the leprosy invades the eye or the eyelid; three, the secondary inflammation of the eyeball; four, the eyelid, lacrimal gland and nasolacrimal duct after the invasion of complications . Not all patients have these problems. The most dangerous is the longer duration of the tumor patients.
