目的了解龙岩市托幼机构消毒状况,有针对性地加强托幼机构消毒管理,提高消毒质量。方法对龙岩市市属2所幼儿园2010～2012年的消毒管理监测资料进行分析。结果 2010～2012年合计检测样品475份,合格的410份,合格率为86.32%。样品合格率,2010～2012年分别为81.38%、85.63%、91.67%(P<0.05);餐(饮)具为96.95%,物体表面为95.42%),工作人员手为77.17%,室内空气为69.77%(P<0.01);菌落总数为83.43%,大肠菌群为97.58%,致病菌为99.79%(P<0.01)。结论龙岩市2所幼儿园消毒质量总体较好,但是工作人员手和空气的监测合格率较低。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of nurseries and kindergartens in Longyan City and to strengthen the disinfection management of nurseries and nurseries in a targeted manner so as to improve the disinfection quality. Methods The data of disinfection management of two kindergartens in Longyan City from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2012, a total of 475 samples were tested, and 410 were qualified, with a pass rate of 86.32%. The pass rate of samples was 81.38%, 85.63% and 91.67% (P <0.05) respectively from 2010 to 2012; the rate of food and drink was 96.95% and the surface of object was 95.42%), the staff’s hand was 77.17% and the indoor air was 69.77% (P <0.01). The total number of colonies was 83.43%, that of coliform bacteria was 97.58% and that of pathogens was 99.79% (P <0.01). Conclusion The quality of disinfection in 2 kindergartens in Longyan City is generally good, but the pass rate of monitoring by staff members and air is low.
