(二○○七年十二月二十八日)同志们:这次会议是在我区上下深入贯彻落实党的十七大精神,全面推进农牧区医疗制度工作的关键时期召开的一次十分重要的会议。会议的主要任务是:回顾总结农牧区医疗制度运行以来的成绩和经验,分析研究存在的问题,安排部署今后的各项工作,进一步贯彻落实《西藏自治区农牧区医疗管理暂行办法》,不断完善以免费医疗为基础的农牧区医疗制度,充分发挥农牧区医疗基金的最大效益,
