2010年7月,党中央、国务院颁布了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2012年)》,召开了新世纪第一次全国教育大会,胡锦涛总书记、温家宝总理发表了重要讲话。两年来,在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下,教育系统全面贯彻党的教育方针,推动教育事业科学发展,努力办好人民满意的教育。应当说,教育规划纲要落实进展顺利、成效逐渐显现。
In July 2010, the Central Party Committee and the State Council promulgated the “Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2012)” and held the first National Education Conference in the new century. General Secretary Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao delivered an important speech . In the past two years, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the education system has fully implemented the party’s education policy, promoted the scientific development of education, and worked hard to satisfactorily educate the people. It should be said that the implementation of the educational plan has progressed smoothly and the effectiveness has gradually emerged.
