为了统一肿瘤诊治标准、提高防治水平,造福癌症患者,我们自1991年11月起到1992年末止,由辽宁省肿瘤防治办公室负责组织并拨出部分经费、同时收取少量学习费和资料费、在抗癌协会的配合下,相继开办推广应用《中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范》学习班三次,共培训各类肿瘤防治人员百余名。
In order to unify cancer diagnosis and treatment standards and raise the level of prevention and treatment for the benefit of cancer patients, we have been in force from the end of November 1991 to the end of 1992. The Liaoning Cancer Prevention and Control Office is responsible for organizing and allocating some funds while collecting a small amount of study fees and data fees. With the cooperation of the anti-cancer association, three classes of “The Common Malignant Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment Practices in China” training class were successively launched and a total of more than 100 cancer prevention and control personnel were trained.
