科技档案记载着科研生产单位的研究成果、生产工艺、技术诀窍等技术秘密,是科技人员的智慧结晶,是重要的科技信息资源。科技档案的安全保管,涉及到科研生产单位合法权益的保护,决定了科研生产单位能否在日趋激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。笔者所在单位共有各种门类档案10万余卷(册),其中90%以上是科技档案。因此,科技档案是我们单位档案工作的主要对象,科技档案安全保管是我们单位档案保管工作的重中之重。经过长期的工作实践,我们摸索出了一套行之有效的加强科技档案安全保管的方法,即从管理机制、规范利用和网络保护三个方面采取措施,切实加强科技档案安全保管工作。
Scientific and technological archives contain scientific research and production units of the research results, production technology, know-how and other technical secrets, is the wisdom of scientists and technicians, is an important scientific and technological information resources. The safekeeping of scientific and technological archives involves the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of scientific research and production units and determines whether scientific research and production units can remain invincible in an increasingly fierce competition. The author’s unit has a total of more than 100,000 volumes of various archives (volumes), of which over 90% are scientific and technological archives. Therefore, science and technology files are the main objects of our archives work. The safekeeping of scientific and technological archives is the most important task of our archives preservation work. After a long period of work practice, we have explored a set of effective ways to strengthen the safekeeping of scientific and technical files, that is, taking measures from the aspects of management mechanism, standard utilization and network protection, and earnestly strengthening the safekeeping of scientific and technical files.
