使用ANSYS软件对电机传动轴和电机底座建立有限元模型,通过模态分析得到改造前后电机传动轴和电机底座的各阶振型和固有频率。利用SKF掌上分析仪和MicrovibP振动分析软件,对各规格及不同转速下的电机振动加速度和频率进行采集。通过模态分析的结论和现场实测数据对比分析找出了振动的原因。
ANSYS software is used to establish the finite element model of the motor shaft and the motor base. Through the modal analysis, the modal and natural frequencies of the motor shaft and the base of the motor before and after transformation are obtained. Using SKF handheld analyzer and MicrovibP vibration analysis software, the specifications and different speed motor vibration acceleration and frequency acquisition. Through the analysis of the results of modal analysis and field measurements, the causes of vibration were found out.
