目的：观察６２例胆管炎病人的Ｔ细胞亚群及健脾补肾中药的作用。方法：采用茶碱抑制试验测定６２例胆管炎患者用健脾补肾法治疗后外周血Ｔ细胞亚群的改变。结果：本组病人辅助Ｔ细胞明显下降，其中３１例口服健脾补肾中药１０天后，辅助Ｔ细胞和抑制Ｔ细胞显著上升，并发症明显减少。结论：此中药可影响病人Ｔ细胞亚群，进而改善预后
OBJECTIVE: To observe the role of T cell subsets and spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying herbs in 62 cases of cholangitis. Methods: Theophylline inhibition test was used to determine the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in 62 patients with cholangitis after treatment with Jianpi Bushen. Results: The number of helper T cells in this group was significantly decreased. Thirty-one cases of oral administration of spleen and tonifying kidney medicine for 10 days significantly increased the number of helper T cells and suppressor T cells, and the complications were significantly reduced. Conclusion: This traditional Chinese medicine can affect T cell subpopulations and improve prognosis
