信息素质不仅包括利用信息工具和信息资源的能力,还包括选择获取识别信息、加工、处理、传递信息并创造信息的能力。这种能力在今天的信息社会已经成为人们生存必备的能力。党的十六届六中全会强调了信息建设在和谐文化建设中的重要性。在信息素质教育全球化的前提下,各级领导干部要提高这方面的能力,才能在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中担当重任。
Information literacy includes not only the ability to use information tools and information resources, but also the ability to choose to identify, process, process, transmit and create information.
