中国共产党北京市第十届委员会于2011年6月2日至3日召开第九次全体会议。会议坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,认真学习贯彻中央关于加强和创新社会管理的重要指示精神,研究部署了社会管理创新工作,审议通过了《关于加强和创新社会管理全面推进社会建设的意见》和《关于递补市委委员的决定》,全会由市委常委会主持。
