词汇维系着语音和语法,是语言的建筑基石。离开了高效率的词汇学习,语言知识的掌握便无从谈起,交际能力的培养也必将成为无源之水,外语教学也就无效益可言。但是词汇学习同时也是让学生最苦恼的问题,特别是高职高专的学生,由于受课时量的限制,用于英语学习的时间相对较少。如何让学生在有限的课堂时间内掌握更多的生词,帮助他们应对考试,消除口语中的词汇障碍便成为高职高专学校英语教学中的一个首要任务。本文就高职高专英语的词汇教学的具体方法进行一些探讨。
Vocabulary is phonetic and grammar, which is the cornerstone of language construction. Leaving the high efficiency of vocabulary learning, the mastery of language knowledge can not talk about it, the cultivation of communicative competence will inevitably become a source of water, foreign language teaching is not effective at all. However, vocabulary learning is also the most distressing problem for students. Students in higher vocational colleges, in particular, have relatively little time to learn English because of the limited time available for classes. How to make students grasp more new words in limited classroom time, help them to deal with exams and eliminate the vocabulary barrier in spoken language has become a primary task in English teaching in higher vocational colleges. This article discusses some specific methods of vocabulary teaching in higher vocational college English.
