电视新闻的艺术属性很少有人提及,甚至很少有人承认其存在。一般看来,电视新闻是采用电视手段对新近发生的重要事实的报道。因此电视新闻作为一种报告和说到某一事物相关知识的信息属性应该是其本质属性。电视新闻追求真实性、客观性、科学性,好像和艺术性关系不是很大。并且,信息是属于科学的范畴,和艺术是相对的。所以,通常人们认为电视新闻没有艺术属性。但在电视新闻实践中,除了新闻所传递的信息外,电视新闻还有另外一些东西也在打动着观众,使其成为某类电视新闻节目的忠实观众。我认为这些在知识信息之外的成分就是电视新闻的艺术属性。
Few people have mentioned the artistic nature of television news, and few even recognize its existence. In general, television news is a television report of recent important facts. Therefore, the information attribute of TV news as a kind of report and the related knowledge about a thing should be its essential attribute. The pursuit of authenticity, objectivity and scientificity in the news of television is not so great as the artistic relationship. Moreover, information belongs to the category of science, and art is relative. Therefore, people generally think that television news has no artistic attributes. However, in the practice of television news, in addition to the information conveyed by the news, there is something else in the television news that is also impressing the audience to become a loyal audience of certain types of television news programs. I think these ingredients beyond the information of knowledge are the artistic attributes of television news.
