民办科技实业是改革大潮中涌现出来的新生事物。它已成为四化建设中一支生机勃勃的方面军。民办科技实业多灵活、少浪费、无内耗,代表了最新的生产力,因而效率高,效益好。在治理整顿、深化改革的时候,仍应大力发展民办科技,给他们以信任与支持,使民办科技之花遍开九州。请看本刊记者对中国民办科技实业家协会副秘书长朱建国同志的采访报道——《抓住时机,发挥优势,大力推进民办科技实业的发展》。
Private science and technology industry is a new thing emerging from the tide of reform. It has become a vibrant frontier in the construction of Sihua. Private science and technology industry is more flexible, less wasteful, and has no internal friction. It represents the latest productivity and is therefore efficient and effective. While governing and rectifying and deepening reforms, it is still necessary to vigorously develop civilian-run science and technology and give them trust and support so that private-sector science and technology can be used to open up the Kyushu region.
