目的研究南方异担子菌发酵液醇提物(HAEE)的抑菌活性。方法采用滤纸片法、打孔法以及二倍稀释法检测HAEE对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果及最小抑菌浓度。结果 HAEE对供试的3种细菌均有明显抑制作用。在一定浓度范围下,3种细菌对HAEE均表现为极敏感,且抑菌效果高于阳性对照青霉素和硫酸链霉素。对供试的3种细菌,HAEE的最小抑菌浓度均为8.75 mg/ml。另外,HAEE的抑菌活性具有良好的热稳定性。结论 HAEE对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有显著的体外抑菌效果,具有开发为体外抑菌中草药的潜力。
Aim To study the antibacterial activity of HAEE from different basidiomycetes in southern China. Methods The antibacterial effect and minimum inhibitory concentration of HAEE on Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were detected by filter paper method, perforated method and double dilution method. Results HAEE significantly inhibited the three kinds of bacteria tested. Under certain concentration range, the three kinds of bacteria showed extremely sensitive to HAEE, and the antibacterial effect was higher than the positive control penicillin and streptomycin sulfate. For the three bacteria tested, the minimum inhibitory concentration of HAEE was 8.75 mg / ml. In addition, HAEE antibacterial activity has good thermal stability. Conclusion HAEE has significant antibacterial activity in vitro against Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus, and has the potential of being developed as antibacterial Chinese herbal medicine in vitro.
