随着经济的快速发展,各行各业也受到了相应的影响,而对于教育来说,更是基于此对高校人才的要求有所提高,以满足社会对于人才的基本要求。在宏观角度上就动画产业而言,其发展已经达到了全盛时期,对动画设计作品的要求也因此提高,对高校的动画设计专业人才来讲,提升自身动画设计水平是十分必要的,而对高校来讲,创建一套具有创新性的人才培养模式则是重中之重,这样才能够帮助高校动画设计专业人才适应社会的各种挑战。本文从当前动画的发展状况着手,对目前国内高校动画专业教学现状以及存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了在创新创业大背景下高校动画设计专业人才培养模式要与时俱进的论点,相关讨论与建议也对此论点加以佐证,希望相关探究结果能够在高校动画设计专业人才培养方面上发挥一定的作用,尽绵薄之力。
With the rapid economic development, all walks of life have also been affected accordingly, but for education, it is based on this higher requirements for college personnel to meet the basic social requirements for qualified personnel. From a macro point of view on the animation industry, its development has reached its heyday, the demand for animation design work has therefore increased, for animation design professionals in colleges and universities to improve their own animation design is very necessary, and In terms of colleges and universities, it is of utmost importance to create an innovative training model for talents so as to help college animation design professionals adapt to various social challenges. This paper starts from the current situation of animation development and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of animation teaching in colleges and universities in our country. The author also puts forward the argument that the mode of college animation design professionals should keep pace with the times under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship. The discussions and suggestions also support this argument, hoping that the relevant findings can play a certain role in the training of university animation design professionals, and make a modest contribution.
