最近,阳新县人民法院对偷税犯李远高判处有期徒刑。1988年至1989年8月,李远高在任阳新县兴国镇五金制品厂和阳新县纺织工业供销公司临时业务员期间,采用非法从外单位购买的发票和使用过期作废的发票,隐瞒其个人与黄石市第二棉纺厂、大冶县外贸局等单位经营棉、麻交织布业务18笔销售额,计267万余元。1989年10月,李远高在看到《国家税务局关于整顿城乡个体工商业户税收秩序的通告》后,到阳新县兴国镇税务所自报销售额145.2万元,继续隐瞒销售金额121.9万元,实偷税款3.9万元。案发后,李所偷税款已全部追回入库。
