我县到1989年底止,已批准成立“三资”企业14家,均属生产型企业。从企业规模看,平均投资总额为763万元,可安排职工2254人,投产后,工业产值3.3亿元,利润4656万元,创汇5288万美元,增加时政收入2000多万元。利用外资举办“三资”企业,不仅解决了国内建设资金的不足,更重要的是引进了先进技术和设备,给企业注入了新的活力,调整了产品结构,增强了出口创汇能力,为我县财政收入
