创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,学生创新能力的培养也是世界高等教育发展的方向。高职教育是高等教育的有机组成部分,高职学生的创新能力培养是高职院校的教育任务之一。本文针对目前高职教育存在的主要问题,从教育理念、教学模式、指导教师、实践环节等几个方面对高职院校学生创新能力培养体系的构建进行了探讨,以期为我国高职院校学生创新能力培养模式的改革提供有益的借鉴。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress, an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country, and the cultivation of student’s innovative ability is also the direction for the development of world higher education. Higher vocational education is an integral part of higher education. The cultivation of innovative ability of higher vocational students is one of the educational tasks of higher vocational colleges. Aiming at the main problems existing in higher vocational education at present, this article discusses the construction of students’ creative ability training system from several aspects such as educational philosophy, teaching mode, instructor, practice and so on, The innovation of students’ innovative ability training mode provides a useful reference.
