山西省大同市新平旺地区铁路装煤站有一道档土墙需要拆除并向后移位重建。我们采用整体移位法,将原有挡土墙准确无损地移到了设计规定位置。挡土墙全长208m,为50号水泥砂浆砌毛石(片石)。石墙截面面积为2.34m~2。以沉降缝分段,每段石墙长8m,重37.44t。设计要求向后移位50cm,基底标高不变。因为移位小,又有沉降缝将墙身纵向断开,因此决定采取千斤顶分段推移法施工,具体做法如下。一、用钢管加固地基为了减少石墙移动时撮起土方,增加阻力,影响墙体平稳前移,采用钢管加固地
There is a retaining wall in the coal loading station at Xinpingwang in Datong City, Shanxi Province that needs to be removed and rebuilt. We use the integral displacement method to move the original retaining wall to the design position without any loss of accuracy. The retaining wall has a total length of 208m and is a No. 50 cement mortar. The cross-sectional area of the stone wall is 2.34m~2. Settled by subsidence joints, each stone wall is 8m long and weighs 37.44t. The design requires a backward shift of 50 cm, with the base elevation unchanged. Because of the small displacement and the settlement seams, which caused the longitudinal disconnection of the wall, it was decided to adopt the jacking step-by-step method.
