本文报导了羧甲基纤维素( C M C) 接枝丙烯酰胺/ 二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物( C A D) 的合成反应规律,着重考察了引发剂浓度、体系酸度、原料用量和反应温度对单体聚合转化率的影响,发现 K Mn O4 / H2 S O4 是引发 C M C 接枝的有效引发体系,且在一定条件下可使单体聚合转化率达 90 % 以上,这在一定程度上为 C A D 泥浆处理剂的研制提供了依据。
In this paper, the synthesis of carboxymethyl cellulose (C M C) grafted acrylamide / dimethyldiallylammonium chloride copolymer (C A D) was reported. The effects of initiator concentration, system acidity, The effects of the amount of raw materials and reaction temperature on the polymerization conversion of the monomers were investigated. It was found that K Mn O4 / H2 S O4 is an effective initiator for initiating C M C grafting, and under certain conditions, the conversion of monomers can be over 90% , Which to some extent provides the basis for the development of C A D mud treatment agent.
