最近,《云南瑞丽重点开发开放试验区实施方案》获国务院批准。带着如何破解试验区土地瓶颈、保障建设用地供给的课题,8月21～22日,云南省国土资源厅副厅长杜筑华、陈刚率领调研组到德宏专题研究试验区建设用地问题。调研组一行先后实地察看了芒市天然气园区、瑞丽畹町芒满口岸、“瑞丽湾”项目、弄么湖公园环山工业园区,并召开专题会议,研究如何破解试验区用地难题。
Recently, the “Implementation Plan of Yunnan Ruili Key Development and Experimental Zone” was approved by the State Council. With the problem of how to crack the bottleneck of the land in the experimental area and guarantee the supply of construction land, from August 21 to August 22, Du Zhuanhua and Chen Gang, deputy director of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Land and Resources, led the research group to Dehong’s special research area for construction land use. The research group and his entourage visited the Mangshi Natural Gas Park, Ruili Township Mangman Port, the “Ruiliwan” project, the Lane Lake Park and the Huan Shan Industrial Park, and held a special meeting to study how to solve the problem of land use in the pilot area.
