目的 :探讨成纤维细胞生长因子受体与血管瘤增生退化的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 SP法及图像分析技术 ,对 40例增生期血管瘤、30例退化期血管瘤组织中的成纤维细胞生长因子 (FGF)受体表达进行了定量分析。结果 :FGF受体以增生期血管瘤含量最多 ;退化期血管瘤单个 FGF受体阳性细胞上所含受体的量多于增生期血管瘤。结论 :增生期血管瘤组织中 FGF的功能活性强于退化期血管瘤 ;FGF与血管瘤的增生退化过程有密切关系。
Objective : To investigate the relationship between fibroblast growth factor receptor and hyperplasia of hemangiomas. METHODS: Immunohistochemical SP method and image analysis technique were used to quantitatively analyze the expression of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptors in 40 proliferative hemangiomas and 30 degenerating hemangiomas. RESULTS: The FGF receptors contained the most proliferative hemangiomas; the retrograde hemangiomas had more receptors on single FGF receptor-positive cells than proliferative hemangiomas. Conclusion : The functional activity of FGF in proliferative hemangiomas is stronger than that of hemangiomas in the degenerative period; FGF is closely related to the process of hyperplasia and degradation of hemangiomas.
