移动式起重机、挖掘机起重作业设备(以下统称起重机)在进行载荷试验时,要试吊不同重量的重物。目前,有关生产厂家大都缺少设计合理、使用方便、安全可靠的试验重物(亦称重砣或砝码)。随着起重机系列的发展,起重量不断增加,设计制造合理先进的试验重物已成为起重机、挖掘机行业的一个共同课题。我厂在试制QUY50液压履带起重机的过程中,需要62.5吨的试验载荷,为此,系列设计业制造了六个规格的试验重物。各重物均为长方体,我们称之为重块。
Mobile cranes and excavator lifting equipment (hereinafter referred to as cranes) are required to try heavy loads of different weights during load tests. At present, most of the manufacturers concerned lack the test weights (also weights or weights) that are reasonably designed, easy to use, and safe and reliable. With the development of the crane series, the rising weight, design and manufacture of reasonable and advanced test weights have become a common topic in the crane and excavator industries. In the process of trial production of the QUY50 hydraulic crawler crane, our plant required a test load of 62.5 tons. For this reason, the serial design industry produced six specifications of test weights. Each weight is rectangular and we call it a weight.
