射频离解烃方法制备了适用于作软磁盘保护层的类金刚石碳膜。在基本不影响盘原有电磁特性前提下，保护膜兼备良好的耐磨、抗高温高湿和防霉等功能。
RF dissociation method was used to prepare a soft magnetic disk protective layer of diamond-like carbon film. Under the premise of basically not affecting the original electromagnetic properties of the pan, the protective film has the functions of good abrasion resistance, high temperature and high humidity, anti-mold and the like.
