针对SLM产品加工时的实际情况,利用ABAQUS有限元平台,建立了激光融化316L不锈钢粉末三维瞬态非线性温度场的模型。通过子程序编写实现了材料的热物性参数随温度和状态变化而变化——即材料由粉末转变为实体时热物性参数发生改变,模型考虑了相变时潜热的影响,实现了高斯热源的加载以及边界条件的设置等。在相同加工参数条件下建立了模型中全部为粉末、含无预热实体的粉末、含预热实体的粉末三种模型,对应于实际加工中的不同情况,结果表明它们温度场传热形态具有很大的差异,形成SLM成型过程中不同的温度场。
According to the actual situation of SLM product processing, the model of laser transient melting nonlinear temperature field of 316L stainless steel powder was established by using ABAQUS finite element platform. Through the programming of subroutines, the thermal physical parameters of the material are changed with the change of temperature and state - that is, the thermal physical parameters change when the material is transformed from powder into solid. The model considers the influence of latent heat during phase transition and realizes the loading of Gaussian heat source As well as the setting of the boundary conditions. Under the same processing parameters, three models of powder, non-preheated solid powder and preheated solid powder in the model are established, which correspond to the different situations in the actual processing. The results show that the heat transfer patterns in the temperature field have A big difference is the formation of different temperature fields in the SLM forming process.
