目的分析汶川地震灾后绵阳卫生防疫信息报送存在的问题,并探讨解决对策。方法收集、整理、统计和分析地震灾后绵阳市疾病预防控制中心信息组档案资料。结果信息报告工作责任不落实,信息传输条件较差,信息报告内容不统一,信息报送质量不高,常规疾控信息报告及时率不足60%,非常规信息报告及时率不足50%。结论需加强突发事件的卫生防疫信息报告工作,完善有关制度。
Objective To analyze the existing problems of submission of information on health and epidemic prevention in Mianyang after the Wenchuan earthquake and to find out the solutions. Methods Collect, collate, statistics and analyze the information files of Mianyang CDC after the earthquake. Results information reporting responsibility is not fulfilled, information transmission conditions are poor, the contents of the information report is not uniform, the quality of information submitted is not high, the conventional CDC reporting rate of less than 60%, unconventional information reporting rate of less than 50%. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health and epidemic prevention information reporting of emergencies and improve the relevant system.
